Job summary

EY's People Consulting team in the US seeks a senior WFS expert to lead large-scale ADP WFS projects, delivering quality client service, insightful solutions and strong relationships across global workforces.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 7+ years’ experience, WFS certification(s), willingness to travel, and a hybrid work model with about three days per week at a client site or EY office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with Big 4 or global consulting preferred.
• Gained exposure to large-scale ADP WFS projects.
• WFS certification(s), preferably Timekeeping.
• Subject matter expert in Workforce Solution domain.
• 7+ years of relevant experience; travel willingness.
• Hybrid work model with ~3 days/week on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale WFS projects, deliver quality client service and solutions.
• Build internal and client relationships and lead new teams.
• Advise on WFS best practices and service delivery models.
• Identify improvement initiatives to enhance WFS quality and reduce risk.
• Support transitions during ADP WFS implementations.
