Job summary

Aon plc is seeking an experienced Workday PSA Architect to lead the strategy, architecture, and ongoing evolution of our enterprise Workday PSA platform. You will translate complex finance and operations requirements into scalable configurations spanning project setup, time and expense capture, resource management, billing, revenue recognition, and receivables, in a global, matrixed environment.

As design authority and hands-on technical lead, you will partner with Finance, Operations,

Qualifications

7+ years of demonstrated experience with enterprise financial systems or professional services technology.
5+ years of Workday Financials and PSA implementation, configuration, architecture, or consulting experience.
Strong knowledge of Projects, Billing, Revenue Management, Time Tracking, Expenses, Accounts Receivable, and Collections.

Responsibilities

Implement the vision, governance, and lifecycle management of Workday PSA across global functions.
Lead solution architecture for Projects, Project Billing, Customer Contracts, and Accounts Receivable.
Translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurations and security designs.
Define architectural standards and guardrails for configuration and data governance.
Partner with Workday Financials architects to align PSA with the broader platform.
Architect and oversee integrations between Workday PSA and adjacent systems.
