Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Director, People Technology Architecture to own the Workday platform architecture and its global roadmap. You will drive design standards, governance, and integration patterns across HCM, Payroll, and Data warehousing, while leading a growing architecture practice.

This senior role reports to the Global People Technology Leader and requires hands-on delivery coupled with team leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration across IT, Finance, and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Workday configuration, architecture, or platform leadership.
• End-to-end Workday platform expertise across HCM, Payroll, and Integrations.
• Experience leading HR technology consolidation or tool rationalization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Workday platform architecture across all modules.
• Lead architectural design for new module rollouts and platform expansions.
• Define consolidation roadmap to rationalize fragmented HR tools into Workday.
