Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a mid-level Workday Consultant with expertise in Reporting, Integrations, and Financial Management to support a post-production environment. The consultant will partner with the HRIS Operations Manager to configure, troubleshoot and enhance Workday environments.

The role covers creating reports and dashboards, ensuring report security and data governance, and supporting HR, Finance and Payroll reporting across systems.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of hands-on Workday experience.
• Delivery experience in Workday Reporting and Workday Integrations.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create reports for internal teams including advanced, matrix and composite reports.
• Create delivered and custom dashboards.
• Provide guidance on report security and data governance.
• Support cross-functional reporting for HR, Finance and Payroll departments.
• Support and enhance existing inbound and outbound integrations including EIB, REST API.
• Document integration architecture and logic.
• Provide ongoing system optimization recommendations.
