Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to champion safety at the site level and lead our Global WHS Program implementation. You will blend hands-on safety management with strategic thinking, partnering with Operations leadership to drive improvements and protect associates.

The role requires travel 50-70%, multiple sites, and strong data analytics to turn safety insights into actions while maintaining productivity and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon experience.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety (blue badge/FTE) experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead WHS program implementation and safety initiatives.
• Conduct risk assessments and analyze safety data to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations leadership to embed safety into daily operations.
