Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a dedicated Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to champion safety and lead the Global WHS Program across Texas sites. You will combine hands-on safety management with strategic thinking to protect associates while supporting productivity.

You will conduct risk assessments, analyze safety data, lead site audits, and collaborate with Operations leadership to drive safety initiatives. Willingness to travel 50-70% and respond to emergencies is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon experience.
• 3+ years in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 3+ years in people and performance management, or 2+ years Amazon Safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead WHS program implementation and safety leadership across sites.
• Conduct risk assessments, analyze safety data, and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations leadership to embed safety into daily operations.
• Oversee audits, first aid and emergency response capabilities.
