Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to champion safety across multiple Texas sites. You will lead the Global WHS Program implementation, conduct risk assessments, analyze data, and develop practical safety solutions while aligning with operational goals.

The role requires 50–70% travel, leadership across facilities, and collaboration with Operations leaders to sustain a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety (blue badge/FTE) experience.

• Partner with Operations leadership to integrate safety into daily activities and decision-making.
• Oversee audits, incident trend analysis, and training programs to ensure WHS compliance.
