Job summary

Amazon in Texas seeks a Workplace Health & Safety Manager to lead the Global WHS program, protect associates, and drive safety and operational excellence. You will conduct risk assessments, analyze incident trends, lead site audits, and manage first aid and emergency response.

Partner with Operations leadership to embed safety into daily work and enhance the safety culture across sites. Travel 50-70% and support multiple facilities, with a blend of hands-on safety and strategic program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety (blue badge/FTE) experience.
