Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Workplace Health & Safety Manager to champion safety across our Texas sites. You will lead WHS program implementation, conduct risk assessments, and translate safety data into actionable improvements while partnering with Operations leadership to protect associates and drive productivity.

The role requires 50–70% travel, strong leadership, and hands-on safety expertise within a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor’s (or higher) in a related field is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs.
• 3+ years of people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global WHS program implementation and safety initiatives.
• Conduct risk assessments, analyze safety metrics, and propose practical improvements.
• Manage first aid, emergency response, and site audits to ensure compliance.
• Influence operations leadership to embed safety into daily operations.
