Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon experience.
• 3+ years WHS or environmental program experience in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety (blue badge/FTE) experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead our WHS program across the site, integrating safety requirements with operations.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyze safety data to drive improvements.
• Lead safety audits and investigate incidents to address trends and prevent recurrences.
• Oversee first aid and emergency response capabilities, ensuring timely care.
• Travel 50-70% and work varied shifts to support multiple sites and operations.
