Job summary

Amazon is hiring a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to champion safety across our operations. You will implement the Global WHS Program, lead risk assessments, analyze safety data, and drive practical safety improvements that balance employee wellbeing with productivity.

You will collaborate with Operations leadership to embed safety into daily work, oversee audits and incident trend analysis, and manage the site first aid and emergency response capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global WHS Program and safety initiatives across the site.
• Conduct risk assessments, analyze safety data, and implement practical solutions.
• Partner with Operations leadership to integrate safety into daily operations.
• Lead audits, monitor incident trends, and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage first aid and emergency response capabilities and travel 50–70% of the time.
