Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to lead a comprehensive safety program across operations, driving culture, risk reduction, and continuous improvement.

You will partner with Operations leadership to weave safety into daily work and shape the future of workplace health. You will build and develop a high-performing WHS team, lead site audits, and use data analytics to deliver preventive safety measures while balancing operational demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of increasing responsibilities in EHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 5+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Certification as Safety Professional preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the Global WHS Program with data-driven risk assessments and audits.
• Partner with Operations leadership to embed safety into daily operations.
• Develop a high-performing WHS team and drive continuous improvement in safety culture.
