Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Texas is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety Manager to lead the Global WHS Program implementation across multiple sites, blending hands-on safety with strategic insight to protect associates while maintaining productivity.

You will conduct risk assessments, analyze incident trends, lead audits, manage the first aid program, and partner with Operations leadership to embed safety into daily work. Travel 50–70% and shift flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety (blue badge/FTE) experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead WHS program implementation across sites and partner with Operations leadership.
• Conduct risk assessments, analyze safety data, and drive preventive safety measures.
• Perform site audits and analyze incident trends to target improvements.
• Manage first aid program and emergency response capabilities.
• Develop leadership plans and drive safety initiatives to support productivity.
