Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a dedicated Workplace Health & Safety Manager to champion a world-class safety program across multiple Texas sites. You will lead the Global WHS Program implementation, drive safety culture, and transform data into actionable insights while partnering with Operations leadership to balance safety with productivity.

The role requires hands-on safety management, site audits, incident trend analysis, and the ability to influence leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety experience
• Distribution Center or Manufacturing EHS experience with mix of exempt and non‑exempt employees
• Master’s degree
• Experience implementing lean principles and process improvement in an operational environment
• Experience in a fast paced, dynamic organization
• Certified Safety Professional
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort interfacing with site leader
• Ability to develop and implement department goals and strategies
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability

Responsibilities

• Lead WHS program implementation and safety culture initiatives across sites
• Conduct risk assessments, analyze incident trends, and implement preventive measures
• Oversee safety compliance, audits, and emergency response capabilities
• Partner with Operations leadership to integrate safety into daily operations
• Travel 50–70% and lead safety training and WHS data analysis
