AECOM is seeking a strategic leader to head Global Heavy Civil Water Resources, overseeing civil works programs, coastal protection systems, and mega projects. The role requires deep client relationships, strong communication, and proven P&L management across regions.

Hybrid work model in Houston is available. Ideal candidate has extensive leadership in Water Resources, experience driving revenue growth, and a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum BA/BS with 12+ years of experience, including 4 years in leadership.
• Extensive water resources leadership experience within heavy civil programs will be valued.
• Proven ability to manage P&L, drive revenue, project margins and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Heavy Civil Water Resources effort for AECOM across civil works, levees, coastal protection, pumping stations and mega programs.
• Develop and drive business development strategies to obtain new sales and strengthen existing client relationships.
• Oversee customer engagement plans, enhance company reputation and position AECOM for recompete opportunities.
• Collaborate across divisions to ensure a coordinated BD function and robust pipeline.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety, ethics and regulatory requirements.
