The position requires strong leadership, risk management, and collaboration with market sectors, operations, and marketing to deliver complex wastewater solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum 10 years of related field experience.
• Professional registration (PE or equivalent) required for leadership roles.
• Experience developing and managing diverse multi-office teams.
• Collaborative leadership with operations, marketing, and technical directors.

Responsibilities

• Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
• Coordinate with related business classes, market sectors, and operations.
• Lead technical risk management and claims prevention activities.
• Drive quality assurance and coordination with the Quality Manager.
• Oversee development of technical tools, standards, and techniques.
• Assign qualified staff to projects and manage workload.
• Develop strategic plans with market sector directors and leadership.
• Mentor technical leaders and oversee project execution.
