Job summary

HDR is seeking a WTEM Business Class Director to lead wastewater and effluent management programs, directing multi-discipline teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery for large-scale projects. You will coordinate with market sectors, business groups and operations nationwide.

In this employee-owned role, you will mentor technical leaders, drive risk management, support client development, and advance HDR's standards through research and professional activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
• Professional or Architecture/Engineering registration required for leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
• Lead risk management and quality assurance across projects.
• Develop strategic plans with market sector directors and leadership teams.
• Mentor technical leaders and oversee staff assignments.
