IDEX Corporation in Northbrook, IL is seeking a VP of Total Rewards to design and execute a comprehensive global total rewards strategy that advances business objectives and attracts, motivates, and retains top talent. This leader will advise HR and Finance, collaborate with the CEO and board, and steer benefits programs to support employee wellbeing.

Responsibilities include leading global rewards design, executive compensation, regulatory compliance, vendor management, and the Total Rewards

Qualifications

Bachelor's in HR/Business; Master's or CCP/CEBS a plus.
Minimum 15 years Total Rewards experience; 10+ years in a senior leadership role, preferably global/public.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a globally compliant Total Rewards strategy aligned with business objectives.
Partner with Global Talent to motivate performance and internal mobility.
Define and evolve global benefits strategy balancing local regulatory needs and enterprise cost discipline.
Implement a comprehensive executive reward system with the Compensation Committee and Finance/Legal.
Serve as trusted advisor to Compensation Committee and executive leadership with data-driven insights.
Lead due diligence and integration for M&A with HR and Legal teams.
Develop vendor relationships and oversee administration, data and systems.
Lead a high-performing global Total Rewards team with accountability and inclusion.
