Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp in Milwaukee seeks a strategic, hands-on Vice President, Total Rewards, reporting to the CHRO. You will lead global compensation and benefits programs, develop strategy, roadmaps, and governance, and partner with the CEO and HRLT to attract and retain top talent.

The role oversees an internal team of three and collaborates with outside vendors to implement programs, drive communications, ensure compliance, and deliver results aligned with enterprise HR strategy.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of Regal Rexnord's Employee Value Proposition.
• Evolve Regal Rexnord's Total Compensation philosophy and practices to enable acquisition and retention of top talent.
• Provide input into the development and implementation of a comprehensive communication strategy for total rewards programs; oversee annual total rewards statements.
• Collaborate with leadership to address compensation, benefits, and other reward program challenges.
• Demonstrate continuous improvement and deliver results aligned with HR strategy and KPIs.
