Qualifications

• 15+ years of Total Rewards experience, including 10+ in a senior leadership role.
• Experience with STEM talent employers is highly desirable.
• Global public company experience required.

Responsibilities

• Architect comprehensive Total Rewards strategy integrating base pay and incentives.
• Design and manage executive compensation and equity programs.
• Lead due diligence for M&A and ensure compliance with regulations.
