Job summary

Epiq seeks a Vice President, Global Total Rewards to lead compensation, benefits, retirement, payroll, and recognition programs on a global scale. Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, you will partner with executive leadership and the Board to set market-competitive, sustainable programs that shape the employee experience and support business priorities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressively responsible total rewards, compensation, benefits, payroll, or related HR disciplines.
• Experience leading a broad, global total rewards function in a complex, geographically dispersed organization.
• Experience advising C-suite executives and preparing analyses or recommendations for a Board or board committee.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including ownership of budgets, forecasts, contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or integrations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a global total rewards strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Lead global compensation programs including base pay, incentives, equity, and executive programs.
• Oversee health and welfare, retirement, wellbeing, and executive benefits programs.
• Provide strategic leadership for payroll operations, controls, and vendor performance.
• Lead governance, risk management, and compliance across total rewards programs.
• Build and develop a high-performing global team.
