Job summary

Regal Rexnord seeks a strategic Vice President, Total Rewards to shape global compensation and benefits strategies. Reporting to the CHRO, this role leads an internal team and partners with external vendors to deliver competitive total rewards across regions.

The position blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, oversees communications for executive compensation, and drives alignment with enterprise goals while managing global programs and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in global compensation and benefits leadership
• Experience building and executing total rewards strategies
• Ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
• Partner with CHRO and executive leadership

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement total rewards strategy aligned with enterprise goals
• Lead global compensation and benefits programs and roadmaps
• Oversee annual merit and incentive processes and tool integration
• Partner with leaders to design effective reward programs and communication
• Drive continuous improvement using analytics and KPIs
