Job summary

Regal Rexnord seeks a strategic Vice President, Total Rewards to shape global compensation and benefits. This hands‑on role reports to the CHRO and leads a small team, partnering with the CHRO, CEO and ELT to advance total rewards programs.

You will drive market data, communication, and compliance, oversee open enrollment, and align plans across regions while delivering data‑driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; Master’s degree preferred; CEBS/CCP certification.
• 15 years of global compensation and benefits experience.
• 5+ years managing a team.
• Experience in a decentralized global industrial manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Experience supporting Compensation and Benefits in a public company is a plus.
• Travel up to 20% domestically and globally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the Total Rewards strategy globally.
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs across regions.
• Lead annual merit and incentive processes and related communications.
• Partner with CHRO, CEO and ELT on strategic plans and CD&A.
• Deliver analytics to identify workforce trends and business impact.
