Job summary

Quantinuum seeks an experienced Vice President, Total Rewards to lead global compensation, benefits, equity, recognition, wellness, and mobility. You will shape a comprehensive total rewards philosophy to attract, retain, and motivate talent across the company’s rapidly growing scientific and tech workforce.

You will partner with executives, Finance, Legal, and HR leaders to ensure competitive, compliant programs that scale globally and align with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree minimum.
• 15+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience with leadership.
• U.S. Person status required due to contractual obligations.
• Experience with equity and executive reward practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global total rewards strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead design and administration of global compensation programs and executive pay.
• Oversee benefits, mobility, and wellness programs with governance.
• Partner with leadership and Board on executive compensation matters.
