Job summary

Quantinuum is seeking an experienced VP Talent and Organization Capability to lead the company’s global talent strategy, spanning talent acquisition, leadership development, succession planning, performance management, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

In this executive role, you will partner with the CEO and senior leaders to scale talent solutions across a highly specialized workforce, drive change programs, and ensure leadership readiness to accelerate strategic growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
15+ years of progressive Talent Management and leadership experience.
U.S. Person status required due to contractual requirements.
U.S. Government national restrictions apply for certain eligibility.

Responsibilities

Lead global talent strategy including talent acquisition and leadership development.
Design succession planning, performance management, and workforce capability programs.
Drive engagement, learning, and organizational effectiveness globally.
Partner with executive leadership to ensure strategic alignment and risk mitigation.
