Quantinuum is seeking an experienced VP Talent and Organization Capability to lead global talent strategy, including acquisition, leadership development, succession planning, performance management, and engagement. This executive will partner with senior leadership to build scalable solutions and strengthen organizational capability across the global workforce.

The role emphasizes driving talent reviews, change management, and workforce analytics to inform strategy and ensure high performance.

Qualifications

Minimum bachelor’s degree required.
15+ years in progressive Talent Management roles with significant leadership responsibility.
U.S. Person due to contractual requirements.
Experience with global talent strategies in high-growth tech organizations.

Responsibilities

Drive global talent strategy including acquisition, leadership development, succession planning, and performance management.
Partner with senior leaders to identify talent risks and opportunities and develop mitigation plans.
Lead talent reviews, calibration, and workforce capability programs across the enterprise.
Develop learning and organizational effectiveness programs to enable growth and scalability.
Support employee engagement and culture initiatives aligned with business priorities.
