Quantinuum seeks an experienced Vice President, Total Rewards to lead global compensation, benefits, equity, recognition, wellness, and mobility. We are seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President, Total Rewards to lead Quantinuum’s global compensation, benefits, executive rewards, recognition, wellness, and mobility strategies. This executive leader will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive total rewards philosophy that enables Quantinuum to attract, retain, and motivate world-class talent while supporting the company’s rapid growth and evolving business priorities.
The VP, Total Rewards will partner closely with executive leadership, Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and HR leaders to ensure our reward programs are competitive, equitable, scalable, and aligned with business objectives across our global workforce. This role will play a critical part in supporting a highly specialized population of scientists, engineers, and technology professionals in a dynamic and innovative environment.
$268,000 - $335,000 a year
The base pay range for this role is $268,000 - $335,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range may vary based on the candidate's skills, educational background, professional experience, and unique qualifications for the role.
