Vantage Data Centers Management Company LLC seeks a Vice President of Total Rewards to lead the global compensation, benefits, executive compensation, and equity programs from Denver or remote within the U.S. You will align programs with business strategy and performance while ensuring external competitiveness and internal equity.

Responsibilities include guiding global frameworks across APAC, EMEA, and North America, managing annual cycles, and partnering with Finance, Legal, and HR to ensure

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in Total Rewards or Executive Compensation leadership.
• Deep expertise in executive compensation design and governance.
• Experience designing, administering, and governing equity programs (RSUs).
• Global compensation experience across APAC, EMEA, and North America.
• Strong knowledge of benchmarking, pay equity, and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead global total rewards strategy across compensation, benefits, equity, and governance.
• Own global benefits strategy including health, retirement, and vendor management.
• Oversee annual compensation cycles, merit, bonus, and equity planning.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and HR to ensure governance and cost discipline.
• Develop and lead the Total Rewards team to execute programs.
