Job summary

Affirm seeks an accomplished executive to lead its global People Business Partners and Employee Relations functions. You will shape the operating model, partner with the CPO and XLT, and drive enterprise-wide leadership and talent decisions across the organization.

In this role, you will build high-performing teams, guide organizational design, and ensure a fair, scalable approach to ER while aligning people strategy with business priorities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive People leadership experience.
• Experience leading Employee Relations, including investigations and executive-level matters.
• Strong business acumen and learning agility with the ability to understand complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and operating model for global PBP and ER functions.
• Build high-performing PBP and ER teams through talent decisions and development.
• Partner with XLT and CPO on workforce strategy and organizational design.
• Provide executive advisory support on enterprise-wide leadership and talent decisions.
