Job summary

Affirm is seeking a VP, People Business Partners & Employee Relations to lead our global PBP and ER functions. As a member of the People Leadership Team, you will partner with the CPO, PLT, and XLT to shape enterprise-wide people strategies and operating models.

You will build high-performing teams, guide executive-level investigations, collaborate with Legal, drive workforce planning, and translate business needs into proactive people decisions that strengthen organizational health and

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive People leadership experience in global tech at scale.
• Experience leading a global PBP organization and high-performing teams.
• Experience in Employee Relations including sensitive investigations and executive-level matters.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and operating model for global PBP and ER functions.
• Build and lead high-performing PBP and ER teams with clear standards.
• Serve as strategic advisor to XLT on enterprise-wide leadership and organizational decisions.
