Vontier seeks a VP of Environmental, Health & Safety to lead global EHS strategy, governance, and compliance programs. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, this role partners with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, HR, Sustainability, Risk Management and Internal Audit to ensure world-class safety and regulatory standards across regions and facilities.

The VP will drive a culture of ownership, lead a global EHS team, and advise senior leadership and the Board on material EHS risks,

Competenze

• 15+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience in global, multi-site organizations.
• Experience advising senior executives and Boards on EHS risk and strategy.
• Strong knowledge of international environmental, health, and safety regulatory frameworks.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement global EHS strategy, governance, and compliance programs.
• Lead a global EHS organization and drive a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, risk management, audits, and incident investigations.
• Partner with Legal, Risk, Operations, Sustainability, and Finance on ESG disclosures and reporting.
