Job summary

Fleet Data Centers is seeking a Global Vice President, Environmental, Health & Safety to lead our EHS governance across design, construction, commissioning and live operations for a multi-campus portfolio.

You will own the EHS policy, standards and assurance framework, direct regional and site teams, and partner with leadership to achieve zero incidents, audit-ready compliance and scalable risk management across all campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive EHS leadership across multiple sites or high-risk construction projects.
• Certifications CSP/CIH/NEBOSH or country equivalents; ISO 45001/14001 lead auditor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own EHS policy, standards and assurance framework globally across design, construction, commissioning and live operations.
• Direct field organization of Directors, Managers, and Specialists to execute EHS controls at each campus.
• Oversee High-Risk Activity management across campuses including work at heights, electrical safety, confined space and lifting operations.
• Lead Contractor and Supplier EHS management, pre-qualification, and bridging documents between Fleet policy and contractor programs.
• Chair EHS governance activities and drive continuous improvement through audits, metrics and action plans.
• Ensure environmental compliance across air, water, waste, stormwater and site permitting; partner with legal and operations.
