Job summary

UL Solutions is looking for a VP HR, Safety and Security to lead the environmental, health, and safety strategies. This role involves ensuring compliance across various regulations and fostering a strong safety culture within the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and at least 10-15 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include managing incident responses, developing strategic investments, and overseeing a robust audit process to ensure regulatory compliance.

Competitive compensation includes a salary range of $224K – $300K, annual bonuses, and extensive health benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10-15 years of working experience in EHS, security, risk management, or related fields.
• Operating experience in manufacturing and/or laboratory operations.
• Knowledge of international EHS regulations and physical security standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for Health and Safety functions for UL Solutions.
• Develop and implement safety culture programs.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and international laws.
