Revolution Medicines in Redwood City, CA seeks a Vice President, Global Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) to define and execute the company's global EHS strategy. This executive will lead governance, talent, and systems to protect employees, patients, communities, and business continuity across research, offices, field teams, and international operations.

Competenze

• BS/BA in Environmental Health & Safety, industrial hygiene, occupational safety, environmental science, engineering, life sciences, or related discipline; an advanced degree preferred.
• At least 18 years of progressively responsible EHS experience at executive level in global pharma.
• Experience leading EHS for a multinational pharmaceutical company with global strategy, governance, audit and executive reporting.

• Maintain a risk-based compliance framework covering safety, environmental protection, and health requirements.
• Serve as the principal EHS advisor to the Board and executive leadership on risks and priorities.
• Build and develop a high-performing global EHS organization and governance network.
• Establish metrics, audits, and management reviews to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide incident, crisis, and governance leadership for significant EHS events.
