Job summary

Fleet Data Centers seeks a Global Vice President, Environmental, Health & Safety to lead its worldwide EHS program from design through live operations. This role directs a field organization of Directors and Specialists, ensuring zero preventable incidents and audit-ready compliance across campuses.

Reporting to Fleet's executive leadership, the Global VP EHS partners with security, engineering, construction, and operations to mature an EHS management system and scale with growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years EHS leadership experience across multiple sites or high-risk construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS governance, policy, and management system.
• Oversee contractor EHS management standards across all active sites.
• Direct EHS risk, assurance, and incident investigations; drive continuous improvement.
