Job summary

Broadcom’s Agile Operations division seeks a Global Solution Architect for ValueOps, predominantly remote. You will lead consultative engagements with C-level executives, shape strategic value propositions, and drive adoption across target accounts while collaborating with regional sales teams and solution engineers.

The role requires extensive IT industry experience (20+ years) and domain expertise (10+ years), a Bachelor’s degree, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 20 years in IT industry and 10 years in enterprise IT domain.
• Customer-focused with strong client relationships.
• Experience in Project & Portfolio Management, Infrastructure Portfolio Management, Tokenomics, and Agile.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative sales discussions with prospective and existing clients, addressing questions and objections.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
• Coordinate with sales, solution engineering, and internal teams to demonstrate capabilities and gather requirements.
• Direct Solution Engineer teams to align delivery with expected outcomes and drive WinWire opportunities.
