Job summary

Broadcom is seeking a Global Solution Architect within the ValueOps domain, primarily remote, to drive adoption, growth and new sales across a defined customer set. You will partner with regional sales and solution engineering to deliver business value, align strategies with customer objectives, and influence C-level decisions.

The role emphasizes durable client relationships, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to translate complex Value Stream initiatives into clear outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive IT/enterprise software background with client-facing success.
• Proven ability to architect and present solutions to C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
• Strong track record in driving adoption and growth of complex software programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative sales discussions with customers and executives.
• Guide pre-sales to ensure accurate alignment of outcomes to customer objectives.
• Coordinate with Solution Engineers and sales teams to deliver compelling demonstrations.
• Develop actionable strategic blueprints and value-based messaging for complex deals.
• Partner with regional sales to expand opportunities and close new business.
