Job summary

Broadcom Software - Agile Operations Division seeks a Global Solution Architect for ValueOps, remote. You will partner with regional sales and solution engineering to drive adoption and new sales of our ValueOps, NetOps and Automation solutions within key customers.

The role requires deep IT and enterprise software experience, a consultative mindset, and ability to engage C-level executives. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 20 years in the IT industry overall and 10 years in the specific domain in enterprise IT.
• Experience in Project & Portfolio Management, Infrastructure Portfolio Management, Tokenomics, and Agile.
• Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative sales discussions with clients and address questions, objections, and concerns.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as trusted advisor for software needs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during pre-sales including product demonstrations and solution presentations.
• Engage with prospective clients to gather technical requirements and understand their business objectives.
• Direct the Solution Engineer teams to assure the strategy lines up with the outcome.
