Dow Inc. is seeking a Global Turnaround Scheduler SME in the Gulf Coast region. You will govern Dow's global turnaround scheduling discipline, support major turnarounds, and drive readiness and execution performance across FEL and execution phases.

The role partners with OTEC, site teams, and leadership to ensure adherence to global processes, challenge sessions, and continuous improvement. Travel up to 25% and US work authorization are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience or 10 years’ turnaround exp in lieu of degree.
• Deep knowledge of Primavera, scheduling software and turnaround work processes.
• Experience as a master scheduler in a major turnaround preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
• US work authorization; TWIC eligibility; no visa sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Own and govern Dow's global turnaround scheduling operating discipline and governance.
• Provide scheduling leadership to turnaround teams for major events (>$30MM).
• Assess readiness, health, and risk across FEL and execution phases.
• Lead readiness reviews, challenge sessions, and gate reviews.
• Develop recommendations to address readiness gaps and improve outcomes.
• Own the global scheduler qualification curriculum and training.
• Lead global scheduler networks and promote best practices.
• Monitor performance and support safe, cost-effective execution.
