Dow Inc. is seeking a Global Turnaround Scheduler SME to lead and govern scheduling across Gulf Coast turnarounds. You will drive readiness, risk assessment, and execution excellence, partnering with site teams, business leadership, and functional stakeholders to ensure adherence to global processes and standards.

The role emphasizes FEL readiness, PERA-based risk management, and continuous improvement, with travel up to 25% and a focus on training and network leadership among schedulers.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree plus 5 years of turnaround experience, or 10 years in lieu of degree.
• Deep knowledge of Primavera scheduling software and turnaround work processes.
• Experience as a master scheduler in a major turnaround preferred.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% annually.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern Dow's global turnaround scheduling operating discipline.
• Provide scheduling leadership for major turnarounds ($30MM+).
• Assess readiness, health, and risk across FEL and execution.
• Lead readiness reviews, gate reviews, and challenge sessions.
• Develop recommendations to address readiness deficiencies and risk.
