Dow Inc. is seeking a Global Turnaround Scheduler SME in the Gulf Coast Region to provide global scheduling expertise and governance across the Platinum work process.

This role partners with OTEC, site turnaround teams, business leadership, and functional stakeholders to ensure adherence to scheduling standards throughout FEL and execution. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years in turnaround or 10 years in lieu of degree.
• Deep knowledge of Primavera and scheduling software.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern Dow's global turnaround scheduling discipline.
• Provide scheduling leadership for major turnarounds ($30MM+).
• Assess readiness, health, and risks across FEL and execution.
• Lead readiness reviews, challenge sessions, and gate reviews.
• Develop recommendations to address readiness deficiencies.
• Own the global scheduler qualification curriculum and training.
• Lead global scheduler networks and promote best practices.
• Support execution by monitoring performance and risk management.
• Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and AI-enabled solutions for scheduling.
