Dow Inc. in the Gulf Coast region seeks a Global Turnaround Scheduler SME to provide global scheduling expertise and governance across the Platinum work process. You will partner with OTEC, site turnaround teams, and leadership to ensure adherence to standards during FEL and execution.

The role aims to improve readiness, minimize risk, and raise consistency and predictability in turnarounds through coaching, assurance activities, and performance oversight of scheduling discipline.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience, or 10 years in turnaround execution and project controls.
• Deep knowledge of Primavera, Scheduling software and turnaround work processes.
• Experience as a master scheduler in a major turnaround preferred.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% annually.
• Must have US work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsabilidades

• Own and govern Dow's global turnaround scheduling operating discipline and governance.
• Provide scheduling leadership to turnaround teams for major events ($30MM+).
• Assess readiness, health, and compliance throughout FEL and execution.
• Lead readiness reviews, challenge sessions, and gate reviews.
• Develop recommendations to address readiness deficiencies and reduce risk.
• Own the global scheduler qualification curriculum and training.
• Lead global scheduler networks and promote best practices.
• Support execution by monitoring performance and enabling decisions on safety, schedule, and cost.
• Capture lessons learned and drive standardization across Dow processes.
