Dow Inc. seeks a Global Turnaround Scheduler SME for the Gulf Coast Region.

You will provide global scheduling expertise, governance, and execution support across Dow's Platinum work process, coordinating with OTEC, site turnaround teams, and stakeholders to ensure disciplined scheduling throughout FEL and execution. The role aims to improve readiness, reduce risk, and drive consistent, exceptional turnaround outcomes by coaching, assurance activities, and performance oversight within the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 10 years turnaround experience in lieu of degree.
• Deep knowledge of Primavera, scheduling software, and turnaround work processes.
• Previous experience as a master scheduler in major turnarounds preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
• U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Own and govern Dow's global turnaround scheduling discipline and governance.
• Provide scheduling leadership for major turnarounds ($30MM+).
• Assess readiness, health, and risks across FEL and execution phases.
• Lead readiness reviews, challenges, and gate reviews.
