Dow is seeking a Global Turnaround Scheduler SME in the Gulf Coast region. You will provide global scheduling expertise, governance, and execution support across the Platinum work process, collaborating with OTEC, site turnaround teams, and leadership to ensure adherence to standards throughout FEL and execution.

The role aims to improve turnaround readiness, reduce risk, and drive predictable outcomes by coaching schedulers, leading readiness reviews, and applying PERA-based risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant turnaround experience OR 10 years in turnarounds will be considered.
• Deep knowledge of Primavera, Scheduling software and turnaround work processes.
• Previous experience as a master scheduler in a major turnaround is preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% annually.
• Must possess a TWIC card or be eligible to obtain a TWIC card.
• US work eligibility; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsabilités

• Own and govern Dow's global turnaround scheduling operating discipline, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and governance requirements.
• Provide scheduling leadership to turnaround teams for major events to improve readiness and execution performance.
• Assess turnaround compliance, readiness, and health during FEL and execution, identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
• Lead readiness reviews, challenge sessions, and gate reviews to ensure critical milestones are met.
• Develop recommendations and drive actions to address readiness deficiencies and reduce risk.
• Own the global scheduler qualification curriculum and support training, coaching, and development activities.
• Lead global scheduler networks, promote best practices, and advise turnaround teams throughout the lifecycle.
