Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Bilingual language skills required in some locations.
• Valid driver’s license as required by local authorities.
• FAA background checks to qualify for unescorted access to airport security areas (SIDA), if relevant
• Must be able to obtain airport authority and/or US Customs protection badges, if applicable
• Pre-employment drug test and background check to satisfy company and safety requirements
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells air travel to the traveling public or freight forwarders.
• Assists with passenger check-in and load acceptance.
• Interprets authorities regulations for domestic and international travel or cargo shipments.
• Meets and dispatches aircraft within established times.
• Provides assistance to troubled passengers and customers.
• Protects company assets and revenue.
• Ensures safe travel.
• Uses organizational skills to perform multiple tasks within a limited time.
