• Promotes and sells air travel to the traveling public or freight forwarders.
• Assists passengers with test-in and baggage handling.
• Translates airline policies and requirements for domestic and international travel.
• Ensures safe boarding, de-boarding, and compliance with regulations.
• Assists distressed passengers and customers, protects company property and revenue.
• Performs duties within limited time, self-stimulated with minimal supervision.
• Responds to security and emergency situations.
• Operates aircraft stairs and air-to-floor communication on various aircraft types.
• Manages passenger operations features including air-to-floor conversation and tower functions as required.
• Supports airport area requirements in various weather conditions.
• Works flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
