Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or international equivalent.
• Bilingual language capabilities required in some locations.
• Relevant valid driver’s license as required by local authorities.
• FAA background checks to qualify for airport security access (SIDA) if relevant.
• Able to obtain airport authority and/or US Customs badges if relevant.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background checks required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells air travel to the public or freight forwarders.
• Assist with passenger check-in and cargo acceptance.
• Interprets regulations for domestic and international travel or cargo shipments.
• Meet and dispatch aircraft within established times.
• Assist distressed passengers and customers.
• Protect company assets and sales.
• Support safe travel.
• Handle multiple tasks within tight timelines.
• Respond to security and emergency situations.
• Follow internal and external guidelines and procedures.
• May be required to operate air stairs and perform various aircraft-related duties.
• May perform Passenger Service duties including air-to-ground communications and Tower functions.
• Work in varying weather conditions depending on airport location.
