ABB Inc. is seeking a senior transformation leader to drive the NEMA International roadmap and governance across global lines. The role demands leading cross-functional teams, aligning senior stakeholders, and delivering measurable outcomes for international growth.

You will shape operating models, manage an executive transformation office, and lead change initiatives to enable stabilization, optimization and scale globally. Fluent English required.

Formación

• 10+ years in transformation, strategy execution, operating-model design or program leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation across geographies or business units.
• Proven ability to align senior stakeholders behind a shared agenda without direct authority.
• Experience translating strategy into executable roadmaps, governance and operating mechanisms.
• Strong business acumen linking transformation to growth, margin and cash.
• Fluent English communication at executive level.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive the NEMA International transformation roadmap with milestones and success measures.
• Act as senior integrator between NEMA International and Global Business Lines with governance and cross-functional commitments.
• Lead resolution of systemic barriers at interfaces between International Sales, Global Ops, IT, Finance, HR and other functions.
• Serve as custodian of the NEMA International target operating model and evolving processes, tech and capabilities.
• Lead an executive-level International Transformation Office managing the portfolio, governance cadence and risk escalation.
• Lead change leadership and capability-building to embed continuous improvement across leadership and frontline teams.
