Job summary

ABB seeks an experienced Transformation leader to own the NEMA International transformation roadmap, aligning strategy with global markets and driving cross-functional initiatives.

You will chair an executive Transformation Office, resolve cross-departmental barriers, and ensure the operating model evolves to enable profitable international growth. Fluency in English and strong stakeholder skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business transformation, strategy execution, or enterprise program leadership.
• Experience leading cross-geography transformations and aligning senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Fluent English; strong executive communication and synthesis skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the NEMA International transformation roadmap with clear milestones and success measures.
• Act as senior integrator between NEMA International and Global Business Lines, aligning priorities with market needs.
• Lead resolution of systemic barriers at interfaces between International Sales, Global Operations, IT, Finance and HR.
• Custodian of the NEMA International operating model, evolving governance, processes and capabilities for international growth.
• Lead an executive Transformation Office managing portfolio governance, dependencies and risk escalation.
• Lead change management to adopt the new international organization and embed continuous improvement.
