ABB Inc. is seeking a seasoned transformation leader for the NEMA International program in the United States.

The role focuses on translating strategy into actionable roadmaps, establishing governance, and aligning cross-functional teams across geographies to enable profitable international growth. You will manage an executive Transformation Office, drive change leadership, and ensure continuous improvement from Stabilize through Scale, with a focus on customer value, growth, and margin.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive experience in business transformation, strategy execution, operating-model design, or related.
• Experience leading complex, cross-geography transformation initiatives.
• Ability to align senior stakeholders behind a shared agenda without direct authority.

Aufgaben

• Own and drive the NEMA International transformation roadmap with clear milestones.
• Act as senior integrator between NEMA International and Global Business Lines.
• Lead resolution of systemic barriers at interfaces between International Sales, Global Operations, IT, Finance and HR.
• Custodian of the NEMA International target operating model and governance.
• Lead an executive-level International Transformation Office managing portfolio and risk.
• Drive change leadership and capability building across the organization.
